1. Who we are
Bold Finders Ltd ("Bold Finders", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is confirmed only when we email you a dispatch confirmation — until then, we may cancel and refund without penalty.
3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and selected wallets. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we don't store full card details on our servers.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll sort it.
5. Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they're unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.
6. Trade & wholesale
Trade and wholesale orders are governed by a separate written agreement. Trade pricing is confidential and reserved for approved accounts.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — imagery, copy, designs, the Bold Finders name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the order value. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury, or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
