Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders.
- To handle returns, refunds, and customer support.
- To send marketing emails (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve the site, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with processors we need to operate: payment providers, shipping carriers, email and analytics platforms, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We never sell your data.
International transfers
Some processors are based outside the UK/EEA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for any transfer.
How long we keep it
Order data: 7 years for tax and accounting. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Account data: until you close your account. Technical data: typically 26 months.
Your rights
